Exchanges and Returns:

We stand behind our product so we implemented a perfect fit guarantee program. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the fit of your undie. This means we will size you until you are comfortable with fit. For exchanges, we will pay for shipping, for returns, you pay for shipping.

You can wear our undies for up 25 days to test trial our product. After 25 days, the underwear is not eligible for refund. 

Membership program:

if you join our membership program which requires 1) a valid email address and 2) a valid purchase within the year. The more you buy, the more freebies you get...After buying 20 undies, you reach an Apele Lifetime Membership and collect more awards.

Refunds (if applicable):

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
