Sunspots are black spots on your skin caused by direct and prolonged exposure to UV rays. These spots can appear at any age. Most often they affect people with fair skin, but anyone can have them. In some cases, the body of some people produces a greater amount of melanin, which is responsible for the development of darker areas on the skin. Apple and lemon vinegar
Apple cider vinegar contains natural acids, which help to lighten the sun spots and age spots. The lemon juice contains citric acid that also serves to lighten the dark areas of the skin. Mix approximately 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Each night, soak a cotton ball with this mixture. Start from the front down to apply evenly across the face and other affected areas. You will notice a little redness, which is normal. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the mixture with a little water. Leave overnight to get better results. Apply for six weeks to notice the difference.
Milk: For sunspots on the face, apply the milk and leave it there for 15 minutes. Milk contains lactic acid, which helps clear the skin and regenerate cells. Milk whey can help eliminate sun spots on the face.
Green tea bags
Green tea is a rich source of antioxidants, which can help in the healing of sun damage to the skin. Soak a bag of green tea in boiling water for a short time, squeeze the tea bag in a cotton ball and rub the wet ball on the sunspots of your skin twice a day.
Aloe Vera to avoid sun damage to the skin
Aloe Vera has natural healing properties, so it can be applied on the face twice a day to heal the skin and regenerate cells naturally. You can squeeze the aloe vera gel directly from the plant or use a good quality herbal cream enriched with aloe vera. Continue with this home remedy for at least two months for its effectiveness.
Above all, specialists warn that you should limit exposure to the sun and use creams with high sunscreens to prevent the appearance of sun spots. If the skin has not been protected during the summer, the damage caused to the collagen and elastin fibers will be the same, although people with fair skin are the ones who suffer most from these spots in the most exposed areas.
